New Year New Healthier You - Jan 19,2013

The holiday season and 2012 are over. Now instead of eating tons of food everyday, people everywhere are thinking about slimming down and becoming healthier for 2013. Each year we not only watch others go through this unfulfilling ritual, but we ourselves get caught up too. This year, lets do it differently. Instead of unrealistic diets that by the way usually dont work, lets work on an obtainable goal. Are you with me? Commit yourself to a small window 3 days a week, of 15 minutes of exercise, then as your body strengthens do more. Start out juicing your favorite fruit, then after it becomes a habit implement other varieties of juicing. Drinking water is very important, make sure you get in at least 2, 8oz. glasses a day, then increase it as you become more comfortable. Remember folks, were working on a lifestyle change here. Slow, gradual and consistant, will always give you better results than overload and inconsistant. As always "Eat to live not live to eat" because "Foods can heal".
