Many many people die every year from heart disease, some of which dont even know they suffer from it, this is why its also called the silent killer. Theres no sure fire way to prevent heart disease but understanding the necessary steps to strengthening the heart muscle, keeping our arteries flowing properly and feeling confident in dramatically reducing the risk of this devastating disease is comforting.
