Born of Mi'kmaq & Cree heritage in 1945, Donald has spent much of his life learning and teaching the ways and traditions of the indigenous people of North America. A good friend of Leonard Peltier, we will discuss the inequities of the long imprisonment of Peltier. Spending time in Salem, Mass, Donald was privy to ghostly visitations, revealed by Laurie Cabot, which we will also talk about. He founded Raven Hawk Productions and Spirit Wind Records, which releases compilation CDs for many charities, and have garned awards from NAMA. He also took his drum group The Thunder Hawk Singers to a Nammy nomination in 2001. Donald is known as "The Voice of God", lending his voice to the NAMA Awards show each year. Call in to ask Donald a question about his long & fascinating history in music and spirituality.
